How long to get a quote?

All we need to get you a price quote is the address of the property to be inspected. Once you provide us with that (by form, call or text), we can get you a quote within minutes.

How long until I-Spy can inspect the property?

Rich is fast and efficient. If schedules allow, he can get to your property next-day. When you send us your address, Rich will respond with a quote and his availability.

When will I receive my inspection report?

Rich always provides his customers with a detailed report on the same day that he inspects the property. “It’s not just an inspection. It’s an education,” says Rich.

Do you inspect other properties besides single-family home?

Yes. Rich can inspect multi-families, condos, apartments, estates, historic homes, new construction, townhouses, villas, manufactured homes and commercial properties.
